Gingerbread houses come in many sizes and shapes . . . and they are produced in many different ways. Most of them are mass produced to maximize production and profit. Lori hand-crafts each of her gingerbread houses individually in her own home. In the holidy season the "factory" spreads beyond the confines of her kitchen to take over her dining room and eventually her living room.
